Heirloom Zucchini & Squash Seeds
Bennings Green Tint is a heirloom button squash variety that produces excellent yields of pale-green fruits. This variety has fruits which are tender and of good flavour. Pick button squash when young to encourage further production. 9-10 weeks to harvest. 15 seeds per packet.
Spaghetti Squash, also called Vegetable Spaghetti, is grown for it's stringy, pasta-like flesh that can be used as a low carbohydrate alternative to spaghetti. Pick when mature, the skin will turn a deeper yellow colour. The seeds are also edible roasted like pepitas. 10 seeds per packet.
Yellow crookneck is a heirloom Summer squash variety that produces long bumpy, yellow-skinned fruits with a thin, bent neck. Flesh is white and firm. Flavour is similar to zucchini but with additional buttery notes. Best picked small while the skin is at its most tender. 9-11 weeks to harvest. 15 seeds per packet.
Zucchini 'Black Beauty' is a prolific, early-bearing, open-pollinated heirloom zucchini variety. It produces high-quality, uniform fruit with deep green skin and tender, white flesh. Excellent flavour. Harvest in 7-9 weeks from sowing. Each packet contains 15 seeds.
