Angled Luffa
Angled Luffa is a vigorous vine that produces long, ribbed, green-skinned fruits. Young fruits are edible and are a good substitute for zucchini when cooked. Older fruits can be collected and dried, once the skin flakes off the fibrous material that is left can be used as a sponge. Resistant to fungal diseases. 8 seeds per packet.
Bitter Melon (Momordica charantia)
Bitter melon is a bitter, crunchy Asian vegetable which is most commonly eaten young sliced in soups and stir-fries. Each packet contains 7 large seeds.
Chilacayote Squash
Large pumpkin-like vine that produces white-speckled, green fruits that are best eaten young like squash. Young, leafy green shoots can also be eaten. Fruits can be left to mature at which point the seeds can be harvested and eaten like pepitas. 5 large seeds per packet.

New Guinea Bean
New Guinea Bean is actually a type of elongated squash with a flavour reminiscent of green beans. Fruits can grow up to a metre long but are of best eating when picked young. Grows well in humid areas. Each packet contains 7 seeds.

Smooth Luffa is a vine that produces copious amounts of smooth fruits up to 50cm in length. Young fruits up to 15cm long can be eaten like zucchini. Winter Melon is an Asian vegetable with white flesh and green skin that has a waxy coating. Flesh can be sliced and eaten raw or cooked in curries. Young shoots and leaves are also edible.
