Celeriac 'Giant of Prague'
Giant of Prague is an old favourite celeriac variety from 1871. Grown for its large, knobbly roots rather than it's stems, celeriac has a more complex flavour than celery and a creamier texture similar to potato. 16-18 weeks to harvest. 300 celeriac seeds per packet.
Celeriac 'White Alabaster'
White Alabaster is a heirloom celeriac variety that produces a turnip-like root that is best harvested while still small and tender. The root of this celeriac is less likely to discolour during cooking than those of other varieties. Approximately 300 seeds per packet.
Celery 'Golden Self Blanching'
Golden Self Blanching is an excellent dwarf heirloom celery with light green stems of delicate flavour and low stringiness. Good disease resistance. 300 celery seeds in each pack.

Chinese Celery is a traditional open-pollinated variety of celery grown in China for many generations. Smaller but much more tender than European varieties, Chinese Celery is excellent both cooked or raw. 300 seeds per packet.
