Beetroot 'Bulls Blood'
Bulls Blood Beetroot is grown for both its sweet, red and pink striped beets as well as for its rich, dark red leaves that are packed full of healthy betalain pigments and taste great in salads. Leaf colouration intensifies with age. Excellent dual-use heirloom variety. 50 seeds per packet.
Beetroot 'Chioggia'
Beetroot 'Chioggia' has red skin and alternate rings of white and red flesh creating a bulls-eye appearance in cross-section. This variety is mild in flavour and sweet. Takes 8 to 10 week till harvest. Each packet contains 50 seeds.
Beetroot 'Cylindra'
Cylindra is a deep-red heirloom beetroot that produces a long, cylindrical root that is tender and juicy. The shape of this variety makes it ideal for creating uniformly-sized beetroot slices for sandwiches or salads. Bolt resistant. 9-11 weeks to harvest. 50 seeds per packet.

Egyptian beetroot is an early heirloom variety that produces flattened roots with alternating dark and light red banding. Despite its name this variety is actually likely German in origin. 50 seeds per packet.

Golden has all the sweetness and a slightly milder flavour than red beetroot varieties with juice that doesn't stain. Dark orange skin with tender, golden flesh. 8-10 weeks to harvest. 50 seeds per packet.

Sugarbeet produces large, white-skinned, white-fleshed tapering roots with a very sweet and mild flavour. Leaves can also be eaten raw or cooked. 12-16 weeks to harvest. 50 seeds per packet.

White is a sweet and tasty open-pollinated beetroot variety. The flesh of this variety is brilliant white in colour with darker rings, because it lacks any red pigment it won't stain. 50 seeds per packet.
