European Dandelion
European Dandelion is a rosette forming perennial herb that grows wild in temperate regions. Leaves can be used raw in salads or cooked as a green vegetable. Cut off the leaves and they'll regrow from the underground tap root. The roots from older plants can be roasted and used as a coffee alternative. 200 seeds per packet.

European Dandelion seedhead growing wild in my lawn. There are several other species in Australia more commonly found growing wild than Dandelion that have similar leaves, flowers and seedheads.
