Nettle
Common or Stinging Nettle is a wild perennial herb that can be eaten as a cooked green. Highly nutritious, rich in vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, manganese and potassium. Handle raw nettles with care, soak in water or cook to deactivate stinging hairs. Flavour is similar to spinach with a hint of cucumber. Approximately 600 seeds per packet.
