European Dandelion

European Dandelion is a rosette forming perennial herb that grows wild in temperate regions. Leaves can be used raw in salads or cooked as a green vegetable. Cut off the leaves and they'll regrow from the underground tap root. The roots from older plants can be roasted and used as a coffee alternative. 200 seeds per packet.
